We understand that price, not only comfort, is very important to our customer. If you find a shoe priced lower than ComfortShoeShop.com we will make sure to refund you 110% of the difference, within 15 days of your purchase from ComfortShoeShop.com.
How do I go about getting the 110%?
1. Place an order on www.ComfortShoeShop.com
2. Email or call us with the following information:
a. Your order number
b. The exact link where you found the less expensive product.
c. Give details on the price, along with the total with shipping and any applicable sales tax.
1. The competitor website must have the exact style, color, size, and width IN STOCK after the order is placed with ComfortShoeShop.com. We will follow up with every request to make sure this is the case.
2. Auction sites, such as: ebay.com, ibidfree.com, etc. Do not apply.
3. All extra charges, such as: shipping, taxes, duties, etc. Will be included before determining the difference of price.
4. The product must be at full retail price on competitor website, sales do not apply.
5. No multiple pair sales, such as: buy one get one, or buy one get one half price, etc. Do not apply.
ComfortShoeShop.com will analyze each request individually and has the right to approve or decline for any reason. Each request will be contacted via email within 30 days of receipt.
Shipping Policy
When you place an order with ComfortShoeShop.com we take great care in processing the information. If we run into any problems we will contact you via email or phone. The internal processing could take up to 3 business days, most times within the same day. Please note that we do not charge your method of payment until we are sure that your order has been processed and there are no problems.
Your shipping method will determine when you will receive your package, it depends on the shipping method you choose when placing the order. Ground shipping can take anywhere from 5-10 business days, all shipments whether they are ground or priority shipping are based on business days (Mon-Fri). All orders are processed during our office hours of Monday-Friday 9am and 5pm EST. All orders placed during the weekend will be handled first thing on Monday morning. We do not offer any special shipments such as Saturday delivery at this time.
Our products are shipped from different locations throughout the country, this is based on the actual product being shipped. Some orders will be shipped directly from the manufacturer and other orders will be shipped from our locations in Connecticut. There are times if you place an order for two different brands of shoes, each brand may be shipped from a different location. This will not change your price for shipping, we pick up all additional shipping costs.
There are some small occasions when a product is back ordered or has been discontinued. We try to not allow this, but due to the overwhelming amount of products we offer it is hard to keep up the the ever changing inventory. If this does occur, we will notify you via email. We will offer you other colors or styles that may be similar to the product that is not available at that particular time. We will not proceed with charging your method of payment until we hear from you via email or phone.
Order Email Updates
You will receive an email upon completion of your order with your order details. We will then send you and email letting you know that we are PROCESSING your order, which basically means we are making sure there is inventory, all your information is correct, and we are able to ship to you without a problem. Finally you will receive an email when the product is shipped out, this email will be sent anywhere between 1-10 days from the order being placed.
Shipping Restrictions
ComfortShoeShop.com currently ships to the Continental United States of America.
We ship via UPS and do not accept PO Boxes as a shipping address.
Orders going to Hawaii or Alaska will be handled on a per order basis. We cannot guarantee any shipments going to these locations. When an order is being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska we will email or call you with shipment options, if any.
Return Policy /No Risk Returns
ComfortShoeShop.com believes in our customers. If for any reason, something isn't right, let us know.
Within sixty (60) days of purchase, we gladly accept returns of unworn or defective merchandise for exchange or refund. You
will be refunded the full amount of the product, not including shipping. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number, this will expedite your return. Product returned without a Return Authorization Number may be subject to delays in the credit of your method of payment.
